      Avantages

      You are putting stuff into space. Does not get much cooler than that. Great work-life balance and a solid 40 hours a week with a 4/10 schedule.

      Inconvénients

      Not a very fast-paced company in many respects (but this is changing). Experience will depend heavily on the team and program you are working on.

      Avantages

      High level of integrity throughout the company, open communications, and sincere interest in doing the right thing.

      Inconvénients

      Unfortunately, I need to come up with twenty words of cons. When in reality after 41+ years in IT, I have no cons for Lockheed Martin. They are not perfect, but highly acceptable.
