A big enough company that gives you the option to relocate. Good management, benefits, time off, and education assistantce.
Inconvénients
Minimal pay raises, be sure to negotiate your salary as high as possible prior to starting with them as their pay raise structure is so computerized it gives the managers no flexibility.
