      good pay and good work

      Inconvénients

      benefits if you work with DoD are horrible. your yearly PTO is lesser than a lockheed martin direct employee versus a contractor at a gov't facility. healthcare is HDHP. i prefer copay plans. hdhp is all out of pocket and can be painful to deal with

      Work is great, 4x10 schedule is perfect...

      Inconvénients

      It's far. I live over 60 miles and everyday in person is hell drive.

      Avantages

      High level of integrity throughout the company, open communications, and sincere interest in doing the right thing.

      Inconvénients

      Unfortunately, I need to come up with twenty words of cons. When in reality after 41+ years in IT, I have no cons for Lockheed Martin. They are not perfect, but highly acceptable.
