      Competitive pay. Locations all around the world. Myriad of divisions and disciplines to get into. Interesting cutting edge Aerospace work.

      Inconvénients

      Red tape and slow processes. Dated software and processes. Low morale in certain groups. Absolutely massive company, have to play the corporate game to climb the ladder.

      Work is great, 4x10 schedule is perfect...

      Inconvénients

      It's far. I live over 60 miles and everyday in person is hell drive.

      Avantages

      High level of integrity throughout the company, open communications, and sincere interest in doing the right thing.

      Inconvénients

      Unfortunately, I need to come up with twenty words of cons. When in reality after 41+ years in IT, I have no cons for Lockheed Martin. They are not perfect, but highly acceptable.
