Avantages
Stable jobs in a relatively low stress environment. Great working conditions and treatment of employees. Opportunities to move around and move up are always present.
Inconvénients
Working for a large corporation that's also a government contractor usually means miles of red tape surrounding every process. Seemingly high rates of turnover for low level employees means that there is little knowledge retention of past problems.
