Avantages
Relatively Good Benefits. Very flexible and accommodating. They allow you a good work life balance and allow for flex time and are accommodating if you decide to pursue advanced degree well working.
Inconvénients
The performance review, ratings, and relative raises and promotions are really bad. It is not indicative of the effort or work you put in at all. Sometimes better managers will put in a good word for you and fight for your promotions. But in general most won't bother.
