Avantages
People are intelligent. Good work life balance. 9/80 work schedule means three day weekends every other day. A good number of younger employees.
Inconvénients
It's slow, which depending on what you want can be a Pro. That's probably just indicative of the aerospace industry as a whole. Management is smart but not always the best at getting the most out of their employees. Pay is average.
