Avantages
Work life balance is amazing. I have only worked over 40 hours a week once since I've been there. When I'm home, I'm home. I don't get calls, texts, or requests. 401k matching is decent, they match 1/2 what you contribute, up to your 8% contribution (so they contribute 4%). In addition, they contribute 6% , giving you a potential employer contribution of 10%. At my facility, we work 10 hours per day M-Th, then take F-Su off.
Inconvénients
Health insurance policy is weak. High deductible plans are the only option. Sick/Personal time policy is low, with only 1 week off per year. If you get sick or your kids get sick you'll use it quickly and likely have to go into your vacation days.
