      Avantages

      The overall pay and benefits are good. Work hours are also pretty nice , and also some of the people.

      Inconvénients

      Mrs. Shan Cooper; VP & GM at The Marietta Plant is probably the all time most vindictive VP & GM that the Company has ever appointed.

      Opportunity rich environment for growth. Excellent work-life balance. Stimulating work.

      Inconvénients

      Customer & Leaders sometimes slow in decision making. Very corporate.

      Avantages

      High level of integrity throughout the company, open communications, and sincere interest in doing the right thing.

      Inconvénients

      Unfortunately, I need to come up with twenty words of cons. When in reality after 41+ years in IT, I have no cons for Lockheed Martin. They are not perfect, but highly acceptable.
