Perspective commerciale
Avantages
Great co-workers, fantastic managers, moral/ethical atmosphere, great opportunities to excel, flexible hours/work time, good benefits. This all creates the best work environment that I have ever experienced.
Inconvénients
Pay is not as high as I could make elsewhere. Many employees are older as well, so they are not very open to using technology to make processes easier and more efficient. There is also a disconnect between departments relating to project management (such as finance, technical operations, planners, etc) and this could be improved upon. Lastly, the work space (buildings) are not very pleasant, and should be improved.
