      Industry leader in defense. Top quality products to support the warfighter.

      Inconvénients

      For upward growth, you have to be willing to relocate. As a former manger, I was forced by senior management to rate my employees into a bell curve with 90% as Satisfactory employees even though they deserved better ratings. Benefits are not as good, or cheap as you'd expect from a large company.

      Work is great, 4x10 schedule is perfect...

      Inconvénients

      It's far. I live over 60 miles and everyday in person is hell drive.

      Avantages

      High level of integrity throughout the company, open communications, and sincere interest in doing the right thing.

      Inconvénients

      Unfortunately, I need to come up with twenty words of cons. When in reality after 41+ years in IT, I have no cons for Lockheed Martin. They are not perfect, but highly acceptable.
