Avantages
-(Formerly) solid benefits including health insurance. -Flexible work schedule (9/80). -Plenty of events and forums, unless you're off-site (as I was)
Inconvénients
-Very low entry-level pay -Recruiter ignored me for weeks while other offers expired, refused to actually talk with me so we could negotiate -Off-site personnel feel isolated. All the negatives of a large company without any of the support, policy enforcement, etc. that make large companies desirable.
