      Avantages

      The pay is above average due to the union/ company agreement.

      Inconvénients

      Company has NO respect for its employees. Does not understand that employees have health problems that need addressing.

      I have zero bad things to say about LM. It was a pleasure working for them.

      Avantages

      High level of integrity throughout the company, open communications, and sincere interest in doing the right thing.

      Inconvénients

      Unfortunately, I need to come up with twenty words of cons. When in reality after 41+ years in IT, I have no cons for Lockheed Martin. They are not perfect, but highly acceptable.
