      - Good place to get your feet wet - Stable company - Good colleagues for the most part.

      Inconvénients

      - Lots of politics (old boys club) - Old company means old structure and old ways of thinking - average age is 40-45+ - Career advancement takes a long time (imperative that your manager likes you as he/she is your biggest advocate for advancement) - Difficult to speak up for fear of retaliation

      Great company! Given lots of opportunity to build new skills.

      Still have to maintain legacy application. Lots of red tape.

      Avantages

      High level of integrity throughout the company, open communications, and sincere interest in doing the right thing.

      Inconvénients

      Unfortunately, I need to come up with twenty words of cons. When in reality after 41+ years in IT, I have no cons for Lockheed Martin. They are not perfect, but highly acceptable.
