Some of the best reasons to work at Insight Global are: the people, the work environment, and the opportunity for growth! The people that work for IGI are extremely driven and dedicated. Everyone is very excited about work and eager to be successful! The work environment is very productive and exciting! There are no cubicals and no IMing, everyone sits in "the pit" and can openly communicate and keep each other motivated and pumped up! The opportunity for growth is unlike any I've ever seen or heard. Opportunity is endless with Insight Global! I was promoted from Recruiter to Account Manager in a matter of 5 months. It took hard work, dedication and my Account Managers help to get here, but I couldn't be happier with the success that I created for myself! Overall, Insight Global is an amazing company to work for because everyone is here to help you succeed!

Inconvénients

Woring for Inisight Global takes A LOT of hard work a dedication. Personal time is cut in half and time at work is doubled. This job is not for everyone and anyone. I have been with the company for about 5 months and can honestly tell you that I am married to Insight Global. This job takes a lot of time out of your personal life but offers a lot of opportunity to be successful!

Avantages

The individual contributors and the endless amounts of budget for campaigns tools and resources. A great place for marketing creatives looking to do just that, create.

Inconvénients

Leadership served themselves, not their team. There's 0 structure with no marketing KPI measurement or revenue attribution to show the ROI. Everyone always seemed so busy but nothing was getting done to show the impact marketing had on the businesses bottom line. Not many wanted to do the work to build the department to any potential, half of marketing doesn't even work under marketing which promotes vast misalignment. Just resources begging to be used and a bleeding advertising budget. It has a ton of potential, but I watched the few who could have changed it all leave over the frustrations of leaders only concerned with their own self preservation.
