FNC has an excellent new grad hire training and acclimation program where you are paired with experienced engineers for training and recent grads for comfort. I was paired with a great mentor. As a new grad at FNC you have an opportunity to influence the direction of the organization through direct interaction with managers, directors, and VPs.
