      I could not say if there is any pros. Company is not supportive towards their employees at all.

      Inconvénients

      No good project opportunities. You will be forced to accept whatever project you will be offered. Management does threaten you to fire if you if do not accept the project. Bare minimum salary is offered. No professional, personal or financial growth
