Avantages
Best company to learn. i owe my technical skills to this company. I found good friends within my colleagues. HR often organize events for us to enjoy once in a while. Many opportunities for trainings and seminars. After i joined FPI, i gained a competitive experience.
Inconvénients
Not enough appraisal each year. Many paperworks in your project. Sometimes you also do what other role should do. Others management forgets that their employees also need rest and family time.
