      Avantages

      Pay and pension are the only pros

      Inconvénients

      Company doesn't actually train anyone. They simply have you sign off on rules, training etc. but it is impossible to complete nearly any aspect of your job without breaking the "rules". If anything happens beyond your control they will fall back on these rules to place the blame squarely on your shoulders.

      Beware! Toxic and unhealthy work culture. Favoritism from leadership during performance reviews. Popular and outspoken team members get promoted. Others don't. Unethical behavior is overlooked.
