The atmosphere is very supportive, colleagues are always happy to help. It also depends on your supervisor - I had two, one was micromanaging, another was supportive and employee oriented. Inconvénients
Top management doesn’t want to hear employees’ complains. Salaries compared to other companies are lower, however the workload is quite intense. Office attendance is not voluntary, it’s kind of mandatory. They “expect” you to come. There are no sick days. If you feel sick for a day - you should take vacation that day, or open a sick leave (but it can’t last for a day only). You can not take vacation until you find a person who will back you up (it’s not done by supervisors). Technical assets require upgrades - old headphones, mouses, keyboard. Bureaucracy all over the company. Old strict rules which sometimes doesn’t give any sense to anyone - but rules are rules right? Nobody cares if it’s a waste of time…
