      Poor lack of vision from senior operation management, left hand knew nothing of what the right hand was doing, need to run over leadership to Europeans as they seem to have a better understanding of practices

      - Regional Managers are excellent

      Inconvénients

      -Completely gone to AI techs can no longer take care of the customers properly -horrible merit increases - work load expanded each day with no extra pay -micromanager beyond anything ever seen - no trust in their employees and out numbers reflect that compared to a few years ago - minimal room for advancement even with hard work
