Inconvénients
relatively low pay compared to similarly sized tech companies and roles on the same level. Reaching Quota is almost impossible depending on market you are in. Quota is the same for everyone no matter if you work Israel or France.

Great product, in-person office atmosphere is very good, great learning opportunity for someone newly stepping into first sales role from previous SDR position

Ran through sales account patches, below average base pay for role vs. rest of industry, can be a bit of a pressure cooker at times, high turnover
