Avantages
- Interesting work : a great variety of work products - Great exposure: working with the executives from the world's largest companies - Smart colleagues - Good medical benefits in China (but also low pay!)
Inconvénients
- Poor leadership, lots of politics at the top and mid-management level - Managers shield responsibilities and always blame subordinates first when mistakes occur - Long work hours (9 am to 12am is common) - Unstructured organization culture, slow promotion, opaque career path - Consultants / analysts claim to be "experts" after a 2-page reading research report by interns and a couple of news articles
