      * nice people * a lot of events and connecting opportunities

      Inconvénients

      * first 2 months - training, which is super stressful * 9+ working hours daily * your PDL is not from HR, but leader of the tribe and they are usally too busy

      > Significant room for growth if team executed well > Managers are down to earth and care about you as people

      Inconvénients

      > Poor track record of meeting variable compensation payout targets > Constant churn in executive ranks > Consistently buys out companies just to leech client list then kill them > Strategy work is less than 5% of the projects being done
