      Avantages

      Good people - smart, kind go-getters On-boarding was pretty successful. Lots of training in person at the beginning (at least for college hires). It was also a great opportunity for getting to know others at my level from around the company

      Inconvénients

      Little career guidance or training (mostly online and not very good). People Managers are a good resource, but it's been difficult to go from talking about what I want to do to actually being staffed on that type of work.

      > Significant room for growth if team executed well > Managers are down to earth and care about you as people

      Inconvénients

      > Poor track record of meeting variable compensation payout targets > Constant churn in executive ranks > Consistently buys out companies just to leech client list then kill them > Strategy work is less than 5% of the projects being done
