      -People: fun, kind and very supporting colleagues and managers -Learning: you learn a lot through the projects

      Inconvénients

      -Reward & compensation: used to be great but has suffered in recent years -Employee benefits: not a whole lot -No office canteen or subsidised meals -Not many socials

      > Significant room for growth if team executed well > Managers are down to earth and care about you as people

      Inconvénients

      > Poor track record of meeting variable compensation payout targets > Constant churn in executive ranks > Consistently buys out companies just to leech client list then kill them > Strategy work is less than 5% of the projects being done
