      Avantages

      Work/life balance. Minimal travel. RTO isn’t mandatory.

      Inconvénients

      No raises, limited bonuses and little more for promotions or growth. Not a culture of performance or accountability, Loyalty and politics are preferred by senior leadership. Non / low performers and those with extended time not on projects are allowed to coast by without being fired or removed.

      > Significant room for growth if team executed well > Managers are down to earth and care about you as people

      Inconvénients

      > Poor track record of meeting variable compensation payout targets > Constant churn in executive ranks > Consistently buys out companies just to leech client list then kill them > Strategy work is less than 5% of the projects being done
