Avantages
We all Engineers dependent on jobs and working in a company like Aricent pays off as the Work/life balance is pretty well maintained because of the flexible timings. Good Projects and lots to learn. Lower level management(Tech leads) are helpful.
Inconvénients
I would like to emphasize on few things where this company lacks in. Higher level Management is bad i mean totally bad. They never work in accordance with the subordinates. Management is too Autocratic. Human Resource(HR) is run by managers. So any grievances taken to HR maybe personal or professional are intervened by Managers. So the grievances are not addressed. No Transparency. Micro management. There is a namesake exit interview where-in employee has to fill in a form and if the form is filled positively then the interview is taken up else skipped. This shows they management has no time to listen to the negatives of the organization and correct them. Faults found by the managers during appraisals are lame. Makes you moral down.
