Avantages
If you are lucky, you get to work on interesting projects. You receive a good stipend and apparently are not tight to the limits of the client you are deployed at.
Inconvénients
Colleagues hardly know each other, I think it's made on purpose. Lack of communication and involvement in Altran career paths. You are left on your own (body rental anyone?) and if the client need you to do something you have to, since that's why you are there. To fill the gaps of client's lazy employees.
