Avantages
Had the best training in all of the services companies at that time. After the training they generally tried to go with the employee preference on which locaions we wanted to work. Some people got a raw deal but most of them were happy. I was put into an amazing team and got to learn new technologies.
Inconvénients
The salary is pathetic. The increments are like pea nuts.
