Avantages
broad exposure to many client situations. lots of training. good contacts with colleagues that can help later outside the company.
Inconvénients
accenture is a place that is very much an up or out. It has become very difficult to meet quotas, as your ability to sell is too dependent on others' wilingness to give you access to the better client situations. If you do not find a good 'sponsor' early, you better start looking. Travel is very heavy also, and there is little wilingness to accomodate you.
