      Avantages

      I have worked fro Walmart for about 3 years and I love it. I feel that is a great company to work for. The opportunity to move up through the company is tremendous!

      Inconvénients

      Having to have open availability and working different hours. The work moral can sometimes be low, however it truly is what you make of it.

      Advancement opportunities, great at developing skills, great place to learn a skill and grow your resume, or grow with the company.

      Inconvénients

      Understaffing issues negatively affects all parts of their business. However, Walmart has increased their minimum hourly rate with hopes to attract more committed employees, and retain better employees.
