      Avantages

      The fact that you can go to grooming academy with a 2 year contract, and a discount on dog food.

      Inconvénients

      The lack of support from managers, awful hours, always under staffed with an extremely high turnover rate, sudden 'policy' changes without warning, The company used to be a good place to work for, but is going downhill at a rapid rate. They care more about their 'business' than your family. They take out sales and promotions from your paycheck if you are a groomer.

      helping pets and their parents, working with motivated and positive people, and the work environment was great!

      Inconvénients

      they could only offer part time hours

      Avantages

      If you have experience they can pay very well considering the size of the company. Depending on which store you are in, they can be pretty good at fostering a good environment and culture.

      Inconvénients

      Company is primarily focused on sales and not customer experience. So expect a lot of metrics and hounding customers. Company is trying to be technologically forward but continues to neglect to invest in the technology. So there’s updates every week crashes every week with no communication around it.
