A deeply disappointing experience defined by a toxic work environment and a lack of professional ethics. There is a clear lack of gender equality within the organization, particularly concerning pay and the application of company policies. ​I observed and experienced a disturbing double standard: I was unfairly targeted and penalized for situations that were completely tolerated for my male colleagues. This systemic discrimination, combined with aggressive management and harassment, took a significant toll on my health and led to a medical leave. Furthermore, the company uses 'economic layoffs' as a convenient pretext to dismiss employees unfairly. Prose has a very polished exterior, but it hides a culture of psychological pressure and inequality.

Poor management transparency, and HR does not value existing employees. Promotions are promised but never delivered. There is a preference for hiring new engineers instead of recognizing and retaining current ones. High turnover: many talented engineers have left in the past 2 years. The company is growing but losing the advantages it once had as a place where people were seen as more than just numbers, and where their contributions were valued and recognized.
