A deeply disappointing experience defined by a toxic work environment and a lack of professional ethics. There is a clear lack of gender equality within the organization, particularly concerning pay and the application of company policies. I observed and experienced a disturbing double standard: I was unfairly targeted and penalized for situations that were completely tolerated for my male colleagues. This systemic discrimination, combined with aggressive management and harassment, took a significant toll on my health and led to a medical leave. Furthermore, the company uses 'economic layoffs' as a convenient pretext to dismiss employees unfairly. Prose has a very polished exterior, but it hides a culture of psychological pressure and inequality.
