Avantages

A variety of interesting projects in oncology, structure is not too big for everyone to have an impact, and not too small. Very multicultural, opportunities to try out other positions and departments after a few years. A lot of really sharp people that are helpful and kind.

Inconvénients

The company is still growing in simplification of processes & development strategies. In recent years there have been significant efforts to improve the employee experience with knowledge sharing, more clear decision structure, clear vision and events for social connection.
