Job summary

We are seeking a results-driven Sales and Business Development Officer to drive customer acquisition, grow revenue, and expand our market presence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, & promoting the bank’s products & services while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities:
  • Identify and acquire new customers across retail, SME, and corporate segments.
  • Promote and sell banking products, including accounts, loans, and digital services.
  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales and business growth targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Cross-sell and upsell the bank’s products to maximize customer value.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and new opportunities.
  • Support credit analysis by gathering and verifying client financial information.
  • Ensure compliance with KYC requirements and internal policies.
  • Prepare and present regular sales and performance reports.


Requirements:

  • Minimum BSC.
  • 2 years of previous experience in a similar role.
