OFFICER - TENANT RELATION

Requirements:
- Minimum education: Diploma 3 (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in any field
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in tenant relations, customer service, or mall management
- Strong communication skills, service-oriented, and excellent interpersonal skills
- Able to handle complaints, problem-solving, and negotiation
- Accustomed to cross-department coordination
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
- Placement at Summarecon Mall Serpong
Job Description:
- Build and maintain good relationships with tenants
- Act as a liaison between tenants and internal teams (operations, marketing, engineering)
- Handle and follow up on tenant complaints effectively
- Monitor tenant operations to ensure compliance with mall standards and regulations
- Communicate programs, events, and policies to tenants
- Support the implementation of tenant events and promotional activities
- Conduct regular tenant visits and prepare periodic reports
- Supervise tenant compliance (operating hours, display, cleanliness, etc.)
