Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Civil Engineering
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar position
- Good communication skills
- Able to work well in a team
- Placement: Gading Serpong
Job Description:
- Prepare cost estimates for residential construction projects, including materials, labor, equipment, and other related costs
- Monitor and ensure construction quality meets the required standards
- Prepare tender documents (drawings, specifications, material MoU) and handle the tender process
- Ensure project expenditures are in line with the approved budget
- Provide regular reports on expenses, project progress, and coordination with related stakeholders
