Requirements:
- Diploma, or Bachelor's degree in HSE, K3 or a related field
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in Safety Management
- Experience in high rise building
- K3 Fire Safety Certification (Class B) is required
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Good English communication skills

Job Description:
- Responsible for the implementation of facilities, infrastructure, and building safety.
- Ensure the presence, completeness, and proper functioning of fire protection equipment and safety facilities.
- Conduct routine inspections of fire protection systems, such as hydrants, sprinklers, fire alarms, and fire extinguishers (APAR).
- Organize and support evacuation drills and emergency response training for employees and tenants.
- Identify fire hazards and provide recommendations for prevention.
- Prepare reports on inspections, maintenance, and fire incidents regularly.
- Coordinate with internal teams and relevant authorities to ensure compliance with fire safety regulations.
