Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any major; preferably in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Event Management, Economics, or a related field.
Minimum 1–2 years of professional experience in event marketing, event organizing, brand activation, or related roles (experience in retail, shopping malls, or theme parks is highly preferred).
Understanding of theme park, education park, or family recreation concepts is a strong advantage.
Proficiency in managing event budgeting (RAB) and event scheduling.
Possess an established network or database of Event Organizers, performers, and decoration vendors.
Creative, communicative, proactive, and able to work effectively in a team environment.
Ability to work under tight deadlines and maintain flexibility during live event operations.
Willing to be placed at Scientia Square Park & Building

Plan and execute promotional, thematic, and activation events at Scientia Square Park.
Develop event concepts that align with the area's positioning as a theme park and education park.
Create engaging, interactive, and educational activities for children, families, schools, and communities.
Coordinate with vendors, tenants, communities, sponsors, and internal teams regarding all event requirements.
Ensure all event preparations and executions run smoothly according to the established timeline.
Collaborate with the marketing team to promote events across various channels.
Prepare comprehensive evaluations and post-event reports.
