Requirements:

  • Minimum D3/Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
  • Min. 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in the retail or mall industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle customer complaints calmly and effectively.
  • Skilled in scheduling and supervising team attendance.
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
  • Good English communication skills
  • Willing to work fulltime and shifting

Job Description:

  • Prepare monthly customer service reports (Suggestion, Lost & Found, Traffic, Valet, Shuttle Bus, Taxi, etc.).
  • Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolutions.
  • Schedule work shifts and monitor staff attendance.
  • Supervise customer service staff during mall operations.
  • Ensure customer facilities are complete and functioning properly.
  • Monitor SOP implementation (Lost & Found, Emergency, etc.).
  • Conduct benchmarking with other malls.
  • Provide training to customer service staff (Service, First Aid, Complaint Handling).
