IT Support Engineer
Makati City
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related discipline, or equivalent technical experience.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience
- Prior work experience in a professional environment is helpful.
- Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- The position supports ship, island and shore IT teams and contributes to the continuity of 24/7 fleet operations.
- Option for occasional travel assignments to shipyards, dry docks, and in service ships for project deployments or technical service engagements.
- Develops and maintains documentation for technical processes, troubleshooting procedures, configurations, and fleetwide IT standards. Assists with training and guidance
