IT Business Analyst

1. Requirements Elicitation

• Conduct business and functional requirements elicitation
• Engage stakeholders to understand needs for new technologies, applications, and process improvements
• Translate requirements into clear and actionable documentation
• Validate and refine requirements with stakeholders and project teams

2. Coordination with Developers

• Act as the bridge between business users and developers
• Coordinate with in-house teams and external vendors (local or global)
• Ensure alignment of technical solutions with business requirements
• Facilitate discussions, clarifications, and issue resolution throughout the project lifecycle

3. User Acceptance Testing (UAT)

• Lead UAT planning, design, and execution
• Develop test scenarios, scripts, and success criteria
• Coordinate with users for test execution and feedback
• Track defects/issues and ensure resolution prior to deployment

4. Training

• Conduct end-user training sessions for newly implemented systems or enhancements
• Develop training materials including:
• Process documentation (As-Is vs. To-Be)
• System changes and enhancements
• Ensure users are equipped to effectively adopt the new solutions

Key Skills & Qualifications

• Not less than 3 years of relevant experience
• Strong requirements elicitation and documentation skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management
• Experience in UAT planning and execution
• Ability to manage cross-functional coordination (business + IT + vendors)
• Exposure to process improvement and transformation projects
• Experience working on technology-driven or innovation projects is an advantage
