Requirements:
- Min. Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
- Min. 2 years of experience as a site inspector.
- Strong communication skills.
- Able to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting construction drawings/shop drawings.
- Willing to be placed in Summarecon Tangerang.
Job Description:
- Supervise the construction of houses or commercial units to ensure the quality meets company standards.
- Direct foremen or contractors to prevent errors or deviations during construction.
- Ensure that fieldwork execution aligns with project planning.
- Review and verify working/shop drawings, construction drawings for Structure, Architecture, and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing).
- Coordinate Structural, Architectural, and MEP drawings with contractors to avoid errors on-site.
- Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports for the Site Manager or Project Manager.
