Executive/Sr. Executive - Blood Donor Mobilization

Job Responsibilities:

• Planning and Execution:
• Plan, organize, and execute blood donation drives across Karachi, ensuring smooth coordination and operational efficiency.
• Relationship Building:

Establish and maintain partnerships with schools, colleges, universities, and corporate organizations to encourage regular and voluntary donor participation.

• Donor Mobilization Strategies:

Develop and implement effective strategies and outreach initiatives to attract, engage, and retain regular blood donors.Work closely with the marketing and communication team to design and execute awareness campaigns for donor recruitment and retention.Track, evaluate, and analyze the performance of donor campaigns and prepare detailed reports and insights for management review.Job Requirements:

• Qualification: Bachelors/Masters (Preferably in Sales & Marketing)
• Experience: 02-03 years of relevant sales or marketing experience in Healthcare Industry
