Business Analyst

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

- At least 5 years of professional experience as a Mid- to Senior-level Business Analyst, specifically in a Business Analyst role (excluding other related positions).

- Proven experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments

- Industry: eCommerce, Fintech, Insurtech

- Experience in a similar industry or with similar systems, such as e-commerce or insurance servicing.

- For the e-commerce side, experience with customer portal projects or websites.

- Experience with customer platforms is required.

- Had BA experience writing and gathering requirements for customer platforms like websites and apps or Martech

- Skilled in writing clear user stories and maintaining comprehensive project documentation

- Experienced in stakeholder communication and cross-functional collaboration

- Proficient in documentation, reporting, and process improvement

Job Types: Full-time, Temporary

Pay: Php60,000.00 per month
