Volunteers from our Allies Employee Resource Group (ERG) had a great time helping at San Mateo County's 12th Annual Pride Celebration! They enjoyed working at many activities and connecting with the community. The Allies ERG advances nVent's commitment to inclusion and diversity by building awareness and breaking down barriers to acceptance for LGBTQ+ employees.
