AI in Content Creation: Faster, but is it Better? At Atolls, we create trusted content to help shoppers make smarter spending decisions. In this clip, Tobias Eick (Head of Marketing, Community) explains how we use AI in marketing and content, while keeping judgment, testing, and accountability human. Here’s what it looks like at Atolls: ✅ Test before we recommend (with our teams & communities). ✅ Show the work (clear sources, steps, caveats). ✅ Use AI as a power tool, not a publisher. ✅ Apply the same rigor as any software decision, just 10× faster. Real, tested, trusted. That’s how we build smarter shopping experiences. #AI #ContentMarketing #SmartShopping #Atolls
No pressure, Just possibilities At Atolls, changing roles doesn’t always mean climbing a ladder, it can mean shifting sideways, trying something new, or stepping out of your comfort zone. That’s what internal mobility is about here: 📍 Freedom to explore 📍 Support to apply 📍 No judgment if it’s not the right time As Karla Maryed Blanco Rodriguez, our Head of Talent Attraction & Engagement, puts it: "It's not just about keeping employees, it's about supporting their goals, providing the right tools and fostering a culture of growth and engagement." Last year, 15 Atollians moved into new roles, and 60 explored internal opportunities. From project-based transitions to first-time leadership roles, every path is different; and that’s exactly the point.
🧠 “Start running.” That was the advice Filipe Trabbold got from his therapist in late 2021, and it changed everything. 👋 Filipe, now a Product Design Manager at Atolls, recently shared a deeply personal story with the team. It wasn’t about product launches or performance, it was about burnout, anxiety, and the slow road back to feeling like himself. At the time, the world was still deep in the pandemic. He couldn’t sleep. His energy was gone. And day by day, work felt harder to face. So when he reached out for help, the answer was simple: move your body. 🏃♂️ He did. First short runs to tire himself out. Then 5K, 10K, eventually a half-marathon. 🏅 But it was never really about the distance. It was about showing up. For his mental health. For himself. 💙 “Running taught me discipline, patience, focus, breathing, and most of all, how to handle my mind. It’s not just physical. It’s a mental battle too.” Filipe didn’t share this story for applause. He shared it because someone else might need to hear it. Because sometimes, the first step isn’t about goals or achievements, it’s just about breaking the cycle. We’re proud to work alongside people who bring not just talent, but honesty, empathy, and resilience to the table. Thanks for reminding us, Filipe, that vulnerability is strength, and it belongs at work too. 🌱
What happens when your internship falls through at the last minute? If you’re Julie Bosserdet, you stay open, and let something better find you. After her original offer was cancelled, a former manager shared her CV on LinkedIn. That one gesture changed everything. A recruiter at Atolls saw her profile, and even though we were hiring for a full-time position at the time, the team decided to offer her the internship anyway. She started with real responsibilities, managing her own partners, and quickly became part of the team. Later, she took time off to travel, and Atolls not only supported it, but signed her return offer before she left. Today, Julie works in a global account manager role, leading partnerships across markets, and she’s grown every step of the way. 💬 Her thoughts? “The experience at Atolls is real. You’re trusted, supported, and constantly learning.” 📖 Read Julie’s full story on our career page : https://lnkd.in/d9_RTpfi
Yesterday was World Health Day 🌿 A moment to pause and remind ourselves that our health, both mental and physical, truly matters. At Atolls, we know that thriving at work also means taking care of ourselves outside of it. That’s why we offer things like an Employee Assistance Program for mental health support 🧠, the option to take sabbatical leave for longer breaks when needed ⏳, and a generous vacation plan to help people fully disconnect and recharge 🌴 But more than listing benefits, what really matters is that we encourage our teams to actually use them. Take that break. Go for a walk. Talk to someone when things feel heavy. Book that vacation. Health isn’t a nice-to-have, it’s essential 💛 Let’s keep building a culture where balance isn’t just a buzzword, but something we truly live by.
💜 Women in Leadership: Neha Taneja on Redefining Strength and Standing Up for What Matters In this edition of our Women in Leadership series, we’re proud to feature Neha Taneja, Director of CRM, whose journey reminds us that leadership isn’t about titles, it’s about character, courage, and connection. For Neha, leadership is a mix of real things: ✨ Self-doubt and grit ✨ Curiosity and clarity ✨ Accountability and empathy Her path hasn’t been straightforward. Moving from India to Germany, she faced challenges that went beyond language or culture. She faced the question many of us quietly ask: 👉 “Am I good enough?” But everything changed the moment someone saw her potential. “It only takes one ally to turn fear into opportunity. Be that ally for someone.” Neha’s leadership is about doing the right thing, even when it’s hard. Whether it’s speaking up, facing resistance, or navigating discomfort, she shows us that integrity and empathy are non-negotiables. At Atolls, Neha helps us stay deeply connected to our users, building trust through meaningful communication, empathy, and relevance. 💡 And for anyone stepping into a new role? Take your time. Understand the people, the environment, the dynamics. Build trust before rushing to prove yourself. Because when trust and empowerment meet, even the toughest challenges can be solved, together.
💜 Leading with Passion & Balance | Maria Fernanda Antunes Junqueira 💜 As we continue our Women in Leadership series, today we’re highlighting Maria Fernanda de Azevedo Antunes Diniz Junqueira, Managing Director Brazil, a leader who has been shaping Atolls from the very beginning. Maria’s journey is built on passion, resilience, and balance. As one of the first employees at Atolls, she took on the challenge of growing our presence in Latin America from the ground up. But beyond business success, what truly drives her is watching the people she leads grow and thrive. Her story is also one of balancing leadership with motherhood, a challenge she meets with intention, support, and the courage to let go of perfection. ✨ Leadership is about trust. One of the biggest lessons Maria has learned is to delegate and trust her team. Empowering others creates stronger organizations and fosters innovation. ✨ Perfection is an illusion. The key to balance isn’t doing everything flawlessly, it’s about setting boundaries, focusing on what truly matters, and letting go of things that don’t add value. ✨ Support and mentorship are essential. No one achieves success alone. Surrounding yourself with mentors, inspiring women, and a strong support system makes all the difference. Maria’s journey is a reminder that women can thrive as leaders and as mothers, when they have the right systems, the right people, and the confidence to define success on their own terms. 💜
💜 Women in Leadership: Meet Su Leggett 💜 As we continue our Women in Leadership series, we’re excited to spotlight Su Leggett, Chief of Staff, Product & Technology; a leader who believes that staying true to yourself is the key to success. Su’s journey has been shaped by the advice of those around her: grow, learn, but always stay true to your values. Though it took time to fully embrace, she now leads with that philosophy every day. Here are some powerful lessons from Su’s leadership experience: ✨ Your perspective is your superpower. Throughout her career, Su often found herself as the only woman in the room. It wasn’t always easy to share a different viewpoint, but she realized that a fresh perspective is an asset, not a weakness. ✨ Leadership isn’t about a title, it’s about showing up. It’s not about power; it’s about stepping forward with positivity and accountability, ready to tackle challenges head-on. ✨ Your impact is bigger than you think. The way you show up, the decisions you make, and the support you offer to others can leave a lasting mark, so make sure your actions are ones you can be proud of. Su’s story is a reminder to all of us: embrace your voice, lead with integrity, and never underestimate your impact. 💪💜 Stay tuned as we continue celebrating the amazing women shaping Atolls! 👏 #WomenInLeadership #StrongerTogether #UnitedByDifferences hashtag#Atolls #destinationsfordecisions #IWD
