We’re excited to announce the very first recipient of our BSC Team Player of the Year Award—congratulations to Ben Holloway! With over 15 years at World, Ben is the go-to teammate for just about everything. His deep company knowledge, paired with his eagerness to jump in and help, makes him an invaluable partner across the Branch Service Center. He tackles anything, from complex issues to new processes, always going beyond his role and with a great attitude (and usually a fun fact to share). We’re proud to honor Ben as our 2025 BSC Team Player of the Year, and we can’t wait to continue celebrating him at our One World 2026 recognition event in New Orleans!

Every employee receives dedicated, company-paid time to serve, and many of our teams go even further by participating in additional volunteer efforts throughout the year. This year, 10 incredible students (children of our team members) received the World Finance Dependent Scholarship to help pursue their educational dreams.
